Working with the Owner and Architect of choice to ensure that the various contractors and subcontractors follow the plans and specifications during construction. Also the plans are reviewed with the Architect and Owner to value engineer any savings or possible changes to improve efficiencies.

Utilizes the team approach to construction. J.S. Ridenour will assemble a professional team, which includes an Architect, Engineers, Subcontractors, and other needed consultants to work with the Owner to design and construct the desired facility. The Design/Build method is the best delivery method for a fast track schedule and above average quality.

Act as the General Contractor of a project, which will be constructed, based on a completed set of construction drawings and specifications provided by Owner's Architect. Project is usually awarded based on competitive bidding.
