| Description: | Court South North was a 28,248sq ft renovation of an existing total conditioning club facility. Extensive work was required to ensure a more open atmosphere, better access to the facility's free weights area, aerobics workout room, dressing rooms and main lobby. Also, a mezzanine was added to accommodate an extensive array of treadmills, stationary bikes and cardiovascular workout equipment. With the redesign, the Owner was able to add additional workout and excise equipment. | |
