| Description: |
Regal Cinemas is a two-story 17,000 sq feet
facility was constructed to accommodate the rapid growth of what
has become the largest theater chain in the nation. This new structure
was tied to an existing facility by a 54 foot glass enclosed walkway.
The corporate offices were constructed in a manner as to utilize
maximum space and within a very cost conscience budget. One of the
biggest obstacles facing this project was the number of parking
spaces required for the total anticipated offices. This was accomplished
by redesigning the parking lot and the construction of a near-by
parking area. The overall result was a pleasing and efficient office
facility that was an asset to both Regal Cinemas, Inc. and the community. |

| Description: |
An 18,000 sq foot office/terminal facility was constructed
on a 1 acre site for AAA Cooper Transportation as a result
of their need for a larger terminal and their expanded presence
in Knoxville. This office/terminal facility utilized an all brick
office with a Butler Manufacturing structure to accommodate a 53
door loading and unloading area. A Butler pre-engineered building
was also utilized to construct a near-by shop facility. The most
difficult aspect of this project was the massive amount of unsuitable
soils, which had to be replaced to ensure a site that would remain
stable under heavy use of tractor-trailers traffic. |
