Home Federal Bank, Carter Branch is a 4,200 sq ft full service banking facility utilizing an architectural design unique to Home Federal's banking concept. J S Ridenour worked with Home Federal's construction management team to construct a facility, which in the words of Dale Keasling, Home Federal's President said:
