| Description: |
Tri County Cycle located in Corbin Kentucky
was a design-build project with a total square footage of over 25,000
feet. A Butler Manufacturing Landmark System with 50' bays was utilized.
By using 50' bays and limiting the number of columns, the Owner
was able to maximize the amount of showroom space, increase foot
traffic flows and, convey the type of image the Owner desired. The
Service and Parts areas were located in easy accessible areas from
either the showroom or the outside parking area. Overall the Owner
was well pleased from the standpoint of design, actual cost and
the quality of construction. |
