to J. S. Ridenour Construction, Inc. the construction division of
J. S. Ridenour. We are a commercial/industrial General Contractor
primarily serving Knoxville/Knox County and the surrounding areas
with the added resources and ability to travel throughout Tennessee
and the connecting states to serve our clients. Operating as a general
contractor for 30+ years J. S. Ridenour has the experience and diversification
to accommodate our clients needs from renovations/additions to multi-million
dollar new facilities. We utilize three delivery methods of construction;
construction management, design/build, and bid. Each method has specific
advantages based on the needs and desires of the client. Construction
management and design/build allows J. S. Ridenour to work directly
with the architect and owner to design the facility allowing all three
parties to discuss and value engineer the project as necessary to
ensure the facility fits within the owners budget while maintaining
the quality, function, and aesthetic appeal the owner desires.
