Description:
Harvest Towne Retail Center is a multi-retail complex constructed in a manner as to maintain its visibility from a busy five lane though fare while allowing out parcel construction. The use of Butler's VSR roof system throughout the Center lends a very functionally, durable and aesthetically pleasing effect. Also value engineering was an ongoing process during construction to ensure the project was constructed within budget and yet conveyed the appearance and layout the Owner desired.

Description:
Rooms To Go is a 26,000 sq ft retail furniture facility highlighted by a massive storefront and exposed bar joist, which conveys a feeling of openness and high ceilings. The design and quality crafted construction of this facility is in keeping with Rooms To Go nationwide corporate image. A unique aspect of this facility concerned the site. A massive 20' high by 300' long retaining wall was constructed due to the desire that the store be as close to street level as possible.

Description:
This photo is of a Weigel’s that J.S. Ridenour constructed in Halls. It is representative of the many Weigel’s facilities J.S. Ridenour has either renovated or constructed throughout the Knoxville and surrounding areas. Construction typically consists of 3,900 sq ft facilities. J.S. Ridenour utilizes Masonry walls, an EPDM roof supported by precast concrete, Spandeck Structure, complete interior finishes, all site work, and gas pump canopy. J.S. Ridenour works closely with Weigel’s and their various vendors for installation of specialty items such as gas tanks and self serve refreshment equipment.
