Since the 70’s, J.S. Ridenour has established a strong history of successful involvement in real estate investments. Our President, J. Stephen Ridenour, grew up constructing buildings along with his father, Joe Ridenour, as Ridenour Construction, Inc. which was founded in 1958. Steve continued into the industry with another partnership in the industry in 1969 and later founded J.S. Ridenour Construction, Inc. in 1985.
