Ridenour Properties, which is a property development/leasing proprietorship, was started in the late 70's and is also owned by J. Stephen Ridenour. J.S. owner of J.S. Ridenour Construction, Inc. J.Stephen Ridenour
started in the construction business in 1969. "Steve" Ridenour
was in a construction partnership in the late 70's and later
purchased the other partner's share of the partnership forming
J.S. Ridenour Construction, Inc. in 1985. J.S. Ridenour Construction,
Inc. has operated as a licensed general commercial construction
firm since that time. The majority of our construction contracting
is within a 100 mile radius of Knoxville.
